Organizational and operational structure for human rights management
HD Hyundai Heavy Industries operates the Human Rights Management Subcommittee under the ESG Promotion Committee to ensure a structured approach to human rights management practices. The Subcommittee is in charge of making key decisions concerning human rights management. The ESG Department, which is the department dedicated to this endeavor, collaborates with relevant departments to manage and improve human rights risks. Based on this collaborative structure, we are continuously strengthening human rights management throughout the company and ensuring accountability in our corporate operations.

Human Rights Due
Diligence Framework
HD Hyundai Heavy Industries established a six-step human rights due diligence framework aligned with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct and regularly conducts human rights impact assessments across its business operations based on this framework. In 2025, HD Hyundai Heavy Industries conducted a human rights impact assessment at one major business site and implemented mitigation measures for 100% of the short-term improvement actions identified through the assessment.
